Privacy notice
This notice explains how Service Pathbase handles personal information when you write to us, visit this site, or commission a report.
Controller
Service Pathbase is the data controller for enquiry records and for our own business contacts. Address: 65 Guild Street, London, N3 6DG, United Kingdom. Email: hello@service-pathbase.click. Phone: 07037962445.
What we collect
From the contact form and email: name, email, the report you have in mind, the title or programme you name, preferred call week, and the message. From a commission: billing contacts, confirmation emails, and the extract you send. Extracts should be de-identified. If an extract still contains personal data of your subscribers, you are the controller of that data; we act as processor on your documented instructions for the duration of the engagement.
Why we use it
To reply to enquiries (legitimate interests, or steps toward a contract). To perform a commissioned report (contract). To keep invoices and engagement files as required by UK tax and company practice (legal obligation). Optional analytics cookies run only if you accept on the banner (consent).
Retention
Unsuccessful enquiries are kept for eighteen months. Commission files, including extracts, are kept for six years after the final invoice unless you ask us in writing to delete the extract sooner and tax rules still allow us to keep the invoice. Cookie consent is stored in your browser until you clear it.
Your rights
You may ask for access, correction, erasure, restriction, or portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw cookie consent. Write to hello@service-pathbase.click. You may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office in the United Kingdom.
International transfers
We work from London. If a video briefing or email provider stores a copy outside the United Kingdom, we use providers that offer an appropriate safeguard recognised under UK data protection law, such as a UK addendum to standard contractual clauses. We will not send a subscriber extract to a general-purpose public model or an unnamed overseas “tool”.
