Fees follow the width of the extract, not a named plan.
Figures below are starting points for a single programme. A second title, a messy fulfilment history, or a request for bound copies for a board will be quoted after the scoping call. There is no monthly seat and nothing to “upgrade”.
Lifecycle and churn report
Full join-to-leave map, cohorts, visual pack, and a 90-minute briefing. The usual first commission.

Survival by start month, channel, or plan length, with a short commentary and a 45-minute walkthrough.

Cancellation note reading
Codebook and shares by tenure. Quoted after a fifty-note sample so the emptiness of the boxes is visible.

Renewal-season briefing
Timed to anniversary weeks. Commission at least four weeks before the window; we will not skip the second read.

Board chart pack
Up to twelve labelled charts and one revision. Extra charts are added to the quote, not bundled as a higher “tier”.

What moves a quote
- Number of plan codes and whether print and digital sits in one file
- Length of history (we usually ask for 24 months)
- Whether cancellation text needs coding inside the same engagement
- Printed copies and a briefing outside Greater London (travel billed at cost)
- A second reader already named by you who must be walked through definitions
A deposit of one third is due when we accept the extract. The balance is due on delivery of the PDF, before the briefing if you want the session held the same week.
